At Moore Capital, we are a strategic holding company focused on acquiring, managing, and scaling assets across real estate and advanced technology sectors. Our portfolio is built on disciplined acquisitions, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation across high-growth U.S. markets.

We currently manage over $1.9 billion in assets under management, consisting of 32 properties and 13,000+ residential units across Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. Our real estate footprint includes holdings in Nashville, Miami–West Palm Beach, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Tampa Bay.

In addition to our real estate portfolio, we have deployed over $250 million into advanced financial and emerging technology sectors, including quantum-focused financial infrastructure and next-generation systems.

For fiscal year 2025, Moore Capital generated approximately $305 million in net income, reflecting strong portfolio performance and disciplined cost management across our operations.

Our team consists of 11 corporate professionals and 46 property managers, supported by specialized contracted maintenance and legal partners—allowing us to operate efficiently while maintaining strong oversight across all assets.

Our core philosophy revolves around ensuring long-term growth and stability for our investments. By employing a proactive approach to asset management and making carefully planned acquisitions, we aim to create sustainable value and opportunities.
